Shot over 21 days in June of 2022, I was a one woman AD Team on this project -- vetting and updating the schedule, creating call sheets and sides, and directing set up activity and safety on set. An element to this job was mentoring a team of interns who were PA-ing for the first time and talking them through the balance between logistical and creative process on set.

I was the 1st AD on this set. I created the shooting schedule and distributed the call sheet for the single day of filming on location at Edisto Beach, SC with ~40 crew members. I managed a team of PA's and successfully got 20 cast members through hair and makeup before wrapping early.

Waiting in the Wings (2021) - Short film

1st AD

An original contemporary dance work showcasing the journey through the eyes of a dancer from the street to the dressing room, to warming up backstage to the full stage experience.

There was a small crew but a large cast on this production. As the 1st AD, I worked closely with the stage management team in the theater space, attending rehearsals to facilitate the creation of the shotlist.

As the 2nd AD I created call sheets for the 6 day shoot under the guidance of the 1st AD and distributed them to the crew. I was in charge of updating, finalizing, and storing Daily Production Reports throughout each shoot day and maintaining SAG time sheets. I also wrangled a large background cast with ages ranging from 3-53.
